BRAVA 2000 - PACKING UNITY BY THERMOSEALING

The big experience in the packing market has permitted that DEMATECH CORPORATION can produce machines with advanced technology concepts and 100% from Venezuela as well as to implement  a system of production in series reducing the costs, transfering the benefits to the customer and covering a segment of the market where the new machinery purchase capacity was scarce.

These prerogatives were useful and indispensable to design and to build the machine BRAVA 2000. It is a vertical machine of a trail besides, to thermosealing to 4 sides, particularly by liquid semidenses. Additionally it can apply dosification for product in dust, and automatic dockhands by piece to package unit caramel.

The packaged is in vertical form in a laminated polypropylene envelope with the wide max. of 900 Mm. and long according to the client.

THE BRAVE 2000 is elaborate entirely in steel inoxidable 314 and acrylic to have the necessary sanitary permission for the food production, and to facilitate the mopping-up operations.

It seals horizontally through the traction of two laminates of laminated polypropylene, a transparent one and the other printed, that are dragged for two hot rollers, which form the sealed lateral of the package.

Subsequently, this displaces itself downward, where a clamp with cleaver is found by the sealed horizontal and cut of the package.
