Our firm was born in 1982 in the
region of Piemonte in Italy thanks
to the ingenious ideas and inspiration of the technician Erminio Denari who took in consideration the need to provide the required professional counseling for the industrial processes in the different environments of countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and America. Our headquarter was changed to the city of Maracay, Aragua State, Venezuela, due to the fact that this country has more investment possibilities and it is an entrance to the South American market.
